<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 38 <br />APPROACH AND WORK PLAN  <br />For more than twenty‐five years, TMA has been committed to the success of our clients through  <br />the delivery of world‐class services. COG can be assured that they will receive a well‐planned and  <br />well‐executed approach toward meeting their goals and objectives.   <br />  <br />Based on our two decades of experience, we have the expertise and understanding to work with  <br />your team in developing a realistic yet comprehensive strategy that identifies areas of  <br />responsibility, realistic timelines related to gathering data, the most advantageous time for  <br />entering data into WebTMA, and the optimum time to complete training. This defined approach to  <br />implementation, along with frequent and open communications, assures AMS that the WebTMA  <br />solution will be implemented in the most efficient and effective manner possible — maximizing  <br />AMS’s return‐on‐investment with the least amount of disruption to the organization.  <br />  <br />The following sections include a description of all services offered by TMA.  The Price Proposal lists  <br />the services TMA suggests for AMS based on the size and scope of the project described in the  <br />evaluation process and consists of a total of 39 days of professional services by TMA Systems.  <br />  <br />Types of Services <br />TMA can execute services online or at your site. This includes assessment, implementation, and  <br />training. TMA is fully equipped and has the experience to provide these services in either format or  <br />you, as the client, can choose a combination of both. Based on our experience, we recognize that a  <br />combination of both provides for the most effective use of your organization's valuable time and  <br />resources. Your circumstances, however, dictate the type of implementation you choose or  <br />require.  <br />  <br />Implementation Portal (iPortal) – (6 Days proposed for this stage) <br />The purpose of TMA's implementation web portal (iPortal) is to provide you with a tool that  <br />enables a quick and effective implementation of your TMA application. iPortal is a very effective  <br />tool that can be used in varying degrees by your organization. The benefit of iPortal is that it vastly  <br />improves the implementation process and shortens the time necessary for the successful  <br />installation of the solution.   <br />  <br />The TMA Implementation Portal provides a central repository for all implementation documents  <br />and a single point for AMS to upload the basic static data for importing into a database. In addition,  <br />the site is customized and only accessible using an individual’s specific login and password.  <br />  <br />The implementation team is made up of an iPortal coordinator (Import Specialist) and a  <br />professional services consultant (Project Manager). After completing a basic project plan, the  <br />iPortal coordinator works with you to ensure the initial data is properly imported into the database  <br />based on your goals and expectations. The consultant contacts you periodically during the  <br />implementation process to ensure your organization is making progress and to address any issues  <br />that may arise.   <br />  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D1041CA6-DBD4-42BE-8B32-7C592BF2BA15DocuSign Envelope ID: 3E613CA5-0A37-4CD3-890F-47CC5E2F38B1
