<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 36 <br />VENDOR/RESELLER INFORMATION <br />Please provide all information related to your company as requested in the RFP Section 8 <br />(Appendices). <br />In addition, specifically address the following issues: <br />• Describe your research‐and‐development approach and process. <br />TMA Response: A large number of the WebTMA features come from client suggestion or <br />need. TMA prides itself in working closely with clients to develop features and modules <br />that work for the facility professional. Some of these ideas are collected via our annual <br />Users Conference, suggestions via support, or new client opportunities. <br />• If you are a Software Reseller/Partner, please provide the same company, customer <br />demographics, and reference information for your specific company in addition to the <br />software Vendor’s information (see Section 8, Appendices B, C, D, and E). <br />TMA Response: N/A <br />• Technology direction <br />TMA Response: This information is proprietary and confidential. Should TMA be selected <br />as a preferred vendor moving forward, TMA will make the necessary steps to share this <br />data with the County. <br />• Please describe short‐, medium‐, and long‐term direction regarding major changes in <br />architecture, database, platforms, languages, etc. <br />TMA Response: This information is proprietary and confidential. Should TMA be selected <br />as a preferred vendor moving forward, TMA will make the necessary steps to share this <br />data with the County. <br /> <br />CORPORATE STRUCTURE CHANGES <br />Please explain whether there are any known circumstances, such as major organizational <br />restructuring, mergers, and/or acquisition plans/considerations that are under consideration. <br />TMA Response: None at this time. <br /> <br />EXAMPLE CONTRACT <br />Please provide example/boilerplate contract(s) that will be used to negotiate the proposed <br />solution. <br />TMA Response: Please find Sample Contracts in the Attachment Section of the RFP. <br /> <br />USER GROUPS <br />Provide information regarding organized user groups, including frequency and location of user <br />group meetings. Also, indicate who conducts the meetings and who is responsible for establishing <br />user group meeting agendas. <br />TMA Response: TMA hosts and annual users conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Conference <br />features a broad range of activities to sharpen your skills with TMA products. You will have the <br />opportunity to increase your knowledge, productivity, and value of the TMA application within your <br />organization. The Conference offers a variety of breakout sessions, hands‐on workshops, <br />roundtable discussions, and entertainment.
