SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 35
Training and System Test Phase
Once the system is substantially configured, TMA provides training customized to
University work flow and utilizing University data. These are very effective training sessions
that provide staff with the basic knowledge to utilize the solution.
In addition, TMA will assist the University in planning, facilitating, and documenting the
results of user acceptance in the test environment. These testing sessions are designed to
demonstrate the FM System for all known requirements. After successful completion of
these tests the University project manager would sign off and the Readiness Assessment
Phase would begin for rolling out the system to the University.
Readiness Assessment Phase
The Readiness Assessment Phase serves as the final checkpoint for the University and TMA
prior to deployment of WebTMA. The purpose of the process is to help discover areas that
may require additional attention prior to the Go Live Phase. The process requires analysis
of the following areas: data, training/user capability, system performance/connectivity,
integrations, customizations/reporting, and system security.
Go Live Phase
At Go Live, TMA assists University staff with the conversion of data records and the cutover
to WebTMA. It is important that the University establish cutoff dates for transactions and
follow them exactly to ensure a clean and proper cutover to the new solution.
TMA assists in developing a Go Live plan consisting of the choice of the Go Live date, and
the subsequent creation and maintenance of certain master file data through the cutoff
date.

SUBCONTRACTOR AND THIRD‐PARTY RELATIONSHIPS
Please describe any subcontractor relationships and/or third‐party providers that will be used for
this implementation.
Note: If a Vendor chooses to bring in and team with a third‐party vendor/partner to address some
requirements, this must be clearly stated in the response. Be specific when describing applications
and the third‐party vendor/partner solution provider. Third‐party vendor/partners will be required
to demonstrate their portion of the application solution along with all other required information
being provided by the prime Vendor.
TMA Response: All services are to be performed by TMA Systems personnel.

EXAMPLE USER AND TECHNICAL MANUALS
Please provide the following:
• Example Application User Manual
• Example Application User Online Documentation
• Example Technical User Manual
• Example Technical User Online Documentation
• Example Training Syllabus
• Example Section of a Detailed Implementation Project Schedule
TMA Response: All documentation is maintained inside the application. Additional documentation
may be provided should TMA make the preferred vendor list.

DocuSign Envelope ID: D1041CA6-DBD4-42BE-8B32-7C592BF2BA15DocuSign Envelope ID: 3E613CA5-0A37-4CD3-890F-47CC5E2F38B1
