<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 32 <br />TMA Response: TMA has a variety of mobile solutions that help your organization become mobile. <br />TMA Mobile Solutions provide the ability to enhance productivity by enabling your personnel to <br />manage their work orders and other facility information electronically through handheld devices, <br />including iPads, iPhones, iPods, Android devices, Pocket PCs, or cellphones. This state‐of–the‐art <br />technology has the features and functionality that significantly improves productivity and service to <br />your customers. <br /> <br />IMPORT/EXPORT FUNCTIONALITY <br />Please explain and provide information if your system has user‐friendly tools and/or wizards that <br />will allow the County import mass data to populate data fields, as well as export data in a file <br />format for another systems without having write a custom coded interface. <br />TMA Response: There are a lot of variables to this requirement. Please look above at the Interface <br />capabilities responses. Each of the UI was built with the intent to be used as a data “sync” point. <br />Everything from buildings, floors, rooms in the Space Management UI to Equipment and Assets <br />handled in a new construction via BIM may be synchronized and ported to WeBTMA. <br /> <br />WebTMA also has more traditional import spreadsheets that may be used to bulk load data but if <br />it’s an ongoing process to upload, a UI may be better suited vs services to import a single time. <br /> <br />TELEPHONE AND OTHER SUPPORT <br />Please describe all support services available from your company in Section 8 (Appendix B). <br />Specifically address the following issues: <br />• Normal hours of availability <br />• Website support information <br />• Online chat <br />• Remote system access capabilities <br />• Access via toll‐free 800 number <br />• Costs <br />• Quality Assurance Program(s) <br />• Other support services <br />• Service‐Level Agreements (SLA) – response time, escalation processes, and other metrics <br />TMA Response: Please see Section 8 for complete descriptions of all available support plans. <br /> <br />IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY <br />Please describe your implementation methodology, with milestones and timeframe. Include a <br />preliminary implementation schedule for all applications, including the required time for system <br />and application training, program testing, and conversion. Please include how you expect to <br />sequence the installation of the various applications. <br />TMA Response: Please see Sample Implementation Plan in the Attachments section of the RFP. <br /> <br />Orange County anticipates electronic data conversions, depending on cost. Please include <br />estimated range of costs for data conversions for each application, if available, and a description of <br />data that would be typically converted. <br />TMA Response: TMA is including standard pricing for data conversion for all static data as part of <br />the iPortal Process.
