<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 25 <br />RFP SECTION 4 RESPONSES <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIFIC RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS <br />Include the following items in the order listed below (and indexed in the same manner) in your <br />response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). <br />During the needs assessment phase of the project, key issues were discussed regarding alternate <br />information management solutions. Following is a list of specific concerns of the County. Please <br />respond to each issue in detail regarding how the proposed solution will satisfy each concern. <br /> <br />PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES <br />Please provide information on all programming languages used for each required application. <br />TMA Response: WebTMA TMA is designed using the latest Written utilizing Microsoft® .NET <br />technology, WebTMA is one of the most technologically advanced products of its kind on the <br />market. With unsurpassed scalability, this integrated solution offers you the ability to purchase <br />what you need when you need it. <br /> <br />OPERATING SYSTEMS <br />TMA Response: Application and Database Server ‐ Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Microsoft <br />Windows Server 2008 R2 or Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 64‐ or 32‐bit * <br />Work Stations ‐ Microsoft Windows 8.1, Microsoft Windows 8, Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft <br />Windows Vista, Mac OS x 10.10 (Yosemite), Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), Max OS X 10.8 (Mountain <br />Lion), Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) <br /> <br />DATABASE <br />The County expects the information system to be based on a very stable and flexible relational <br />database standard. The County prefers MS SQL. Please briefly describe the relational database <br />platforms available in the use of your products. <br />TMA Response: WebTMA requires MSSQL Server. Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2 or SQL <br />Server 2012, 2012 R2, 64‐ or 32‐bit. <br /> <br />USER INTERFACE CONFIGURATIONS <br />The County desires to move forward with advancing technologies and therefore prefers a thin‐ <br />client architecture or browser user interface (BUI). Screen‐scraper technology configurations will <br />not be considered. Please describe your client architecture. <br />TMA Response: WebTMA is built on a 100% Microsoft .NET framework.
