<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 22 <br />Universal Interface for Fuel and Oil <br />The Universal Interface for Fuel and Oil enables organizations to import costs and quantities related  <br />to fuel, oil, coolant, and transmission fluid seamlessly into WebTMA.     <br />  <br />The interface provides a tool for importing these costs from your existing fuel database directly into  <br />WebTMA. As a result of the import, Fuel and Oil Tickets in WebTMA are created and linked to their  <br />associated Vehicle and Equipment records.    <br />  <br />Universal Interface for HR <br />The Universal Interface for HR enables organizations to integrate WebTMA with many popular ERP  <br />and HR systems. The interface provides a bi‐directional integration between WebTMA and other  <br />business applications utilizing proven integration processes on both ends.  <br />  <br />The interface includes the import and update of key personnel information, such as identification  <br />number, name, charge rate, shift, trade, etc. It also, exports time and labor from WebTMA into  <br />your business application (ERP or HR system) and imports leave accruals into WebTMA.  <br />  <br />Universal Interface for Other Charges (Proposed for AMS) <br />The Universal Interface for Other Charges enables organizations to import charges from external  <br />sources onto existing work orders in WebTMA. The interface provides a configurable tool within  <br />WebTMA and a service that is easily installed and maintained.  <br />  <br />Universal Interface for Space Management <br />The Universal Interface for Space Management enables organizations to integrate WebTMA with  <br />many popular space management solutions. The interface provides a configurable tool within  <br />WebTMA and a service that is easily installed and maintained.  <br />  <br />The interface includes importing/updating certain data for Department, Facility, Building, Floor,  <br />and Area from your Space Management system into WebTMA. Additionally, the interface provides  <br />your organization with the ability to link Areas to Departments.  <br />  <br />WebTMA Universal Procurement Interface <br />The Universal Procurement Interface (UPI) enables organizations to integrate WebTMA with many  <br />popular procurement applications in the industry. The interface provides an end‐to‐end integration  <br />between WebTMA and other business applications utilizing proven integration processes on both  <br />ends.  <br />  <br />The interface includes syncing vendor information; exporting purchase requisitions from WebTMA  <br />for the creation of purchase orders in the procurement system; importing purchase order  <br />information from the procurement system; and exporting receivings data from WebTMA.  <br />  <br />Utility Services Management <br />Utility Services Management consolidates pertinent information about your meters, transformers,  <br />rate schedules, and historical weather data. Your staff has the ability to compare relevant  <br />information against actual recorded amounts and budgeted costs to determine variances for  <br />investigation and planning.  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D1041CA6-DBD4-42BE-8B32-7C592BF2BA15DocuSign Envelope ID: 3E613CA5-0A37-4CD3-890F-47CC5E2F38B1
