<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 18 <br />Some of the features and benefits include: <br /> Capture, analyze, and display assets, locations, and work orders from a geospatial <br />perspective <br /> Align a geographic view with specific business needs and improve work planning and <br />analysis <br /> Create and view work orders from a map view <br /> Track your linear assets such as roads, pipelines, power lines, and similar assets (Advanced <br />GIS Solution) <br /> Create efficiencies in business processes and improve communications by visualizing asset <br />locations <br /> <br />iServiceDesk (Proposed for AMS) <br />WebTMA's iServiceDesk provides a user‐friendly web forum to submit, query, and report on work <br />requests. Requesters are immediately notified of the assigned request number and provided a <br />subsequent courtesy e‐mail from iServiceDesk for future reference. In addition, the requester <br />receives status changes as they occur. For convenience, the requester can query iServiceDesk to <br />check the status of both requests and work orders. <br /> <br />Using iServiceDesk's open and modifiable HTML, you can create custom pages. Users can publish <br />select data to thousands of end‐users or clients at one facility or around the world. <br /> <br />With iServiceDesk, no retyping of the request is needed. An automatic reply can be sent via e‐mail <br />to the requester. The reply can notify the requester that the work is proceeding and provide the <br />work order number or inform them that the request has been denied and if desired, provide a <br />reason for denial. When work is completed, the system can automatically notify the requester via <br />e‐mail. <br /> <br />IT Service Management <br />WebTMA's IT Service Management module tracks and accounts for assets related to your network <br />and infrastructure. This includes: computers, servers, switches, routers, peripherals, and software. <br />IT Service Management provides the tools to more effectively manage, upgrade and maintain your <br />IT assets. Also, if desired, embedded network discovery can be utilized to easily locate and catalog <br />your Microsoft Windows® based IT assets. <br /> <br />IT Service Management can record and track all your IT equipment. You can review sub‐assemblies, <br />related parts, and costs as well as track a detailed work history of repairs, modifications, and <br />software installations. <br /> <br />Key Management <br />The Key Management module provides you with the ability to manage your key systems, including <br />card keys, locks, keys, and cylinders. Manage vital security information concerning key holders and <br />key access.
