<br />SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 11 <br />Review Assignments <br />With Review Assignments, you can change assignments when technicians call in sick, take <br />vacation time, are called to different tasks, or when schedules change priority. <br /> <br />Batch Attendance <br />Use Batch Attendance to post non‐work order time for several technicians at one time. <br />Examples of non‐work order time include training, vacation, sickness, or whatever type you <br />specify in the lookups function. <br /> <br />Customer Surveys <br />Send your customers a printed survey or e‐mail a link to a URL for feedback on work performed. <br />You create the customized survey within WebTMA and select the "trigger" number, such as every <br />25 work orders. <br /> <br />Multiple Repair/Cost Centers <br />Multiple repair centers can use the system simultaneously while remaining semi‐autonomous. To <br />each repair center, it appears that they have their own system. When workers log in to the system, <br />they only see the appropriate items for their repair center. High‐level users, however, can have <br />access to all repair centers and see the "big picture." <br /> Equipment, personnel, work, etc. can be separated by and reported on by repair center <br /> Preferences may be set differently for each repair center <br /> Each repair center (business unit or department) can have its private view of data for which <br />it is responsible <br /> High‐level users can have simultaneous access to all repair centers <br /> <br />Human Resource Management <br />WebTMA's detailed personnel records include basic information, charge rate, pay rate, and <br />emergency contact information. You can track training and certification records for personnel <br />including the classes they have attended and when the next certifications are due. WebTMA lets <br />you trace personnel by both shop and trade. <br /> <br />Automatic Split Billing <br />WebTMA enables you to sort the charges into three sub‐account categories: labor, parts, and <br />rental/other.
