AMS – TMA Terms Document <br />13 <br />For emergency support, Orange County can call the same number above after 5:00 PM CST or <br />before 7:00 AM CST. An emergency is defined as the WebTMA application not being accessible <br />from more than one computer (server is down). <br /> <br />All support calls and emails will be logged and managed in TMA’s state-of-the-art call tracking <br />software. Orange County users will have direct phone access to TMA technical support agents <br />for immediate help.
