  <br />WebTMA System Requirements  page 1 of 6   <br />Rev. 03/23/2015   <br />WebTMA System Requirements <br />  <br />This document describes the software and hardware requirements for hosting and using  <br />WebTMA. You must meet these requirements before running WebTMA at your organization.  <br />This document does not cover redundancy and availability. These requirements are for the  <br />WebTMA application only. Requirements for the operating system are additional.  <br />Server(s) <br />  <br />WebTMA is designed for scalability and can run on a single server or multiple servers. Spreading  <br />the application and database across multiple servers can lead to better performance. If using a  <br />single‐server setup, the server should meet the sum of the requirements below.  <br />Note: IIS / Microsoft SQL Server Instance / WebTMA Database Collation all must match for  <br />supported operation of WebTMA.  <br />APPLICATION SERVER   <br />Operating System Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Windows Server  <br />2008 R2 or Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 64‐ or 32‐bit *  <br />Processor Intel or Intel Compatible server class Xeon processor **  <br />Memory 2 GB or greater  <br />Network Interface Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps) or better  <br />Storage 2 GB free space ***  <br />MSDTC Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC)  <br />communication is required between your application and  <br />database server. By default, a wide range of ports are  <br />required for MSDTC to operate. Consult with your network  <br />administrator or Microsoft to establish proper MSDTC  <br />support.  <br />Additional Software IIS 8.0, IIS 7.5 or IIS 7.0  <br />Microsoft .NET Framework  versions 4.5.1****, 4.0, 3.5 and  <br />2.0 (with 3.5 SP1 and 3.5 Family Update for .NET versions 2.0  <br />through 3.5)  <br />  <br />* Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008 requires the web host and application  <br />roles to properly host WebTMA. Windows Server 2012 requires .NET 4.5.1. Additional changes  <br />are required in the web.config file when .NET Framework 4.5.1 is installed.  <br />** Processor requirements vary based on number of simultaneous connections and type of  <br />work being performed.  <br />*** Storage requirements vary greatly based upon usage. All linked files, such as .txt, .pdf, and  <br />graphics, are stored in the database. Make sure you have sufficient hard drive space for your  <br />database to accommodate all data and files.  <br />**** .NET Framework 4.5.1 is required for IE 11 support. Additional changes are required in the  <br />web.config file when .NET Framework 4.5.1 is installed.  <br />  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D1041CA6-DBD4-42BE-8B32-7C592BF2BA15DocuSign Envelope ID: 3E613CA5-0A37-4CD3-890F-47CC5E2F38B1
