This area does not qualify for <br />EPA funding, but we hope to have teachers engaged in the <br />program serving this community with this funding. <br /> <br /> <br />3)This second area from which we have contacted teachers <br />and are willing to participate is located near Carrboro <br />Elementary School. According to NC DEQ, 32.26 % are <br />minority and 45.69% are low income.
