Coverage A does not apply to product recall expense arising out of any withdrawal or recall that occurred <br />before you acquired or formed the organization. <br />SECTION III LIMITS OF INSURANCE is amended as follows: <br />1. Paragraph 2. is replaced with the following: <br />2. The General Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay for the sum of: <br />a. Medical expenses under Coverage C; <br />b. <br />- <br />c. Damages under Coverage B; <br />d. <br />e. Care, Custody or Control damages under Coverage E.; and <br />f. Lost Key Coverage under Coverage H. <br />2. Paragraph 5. is replaced with the following: <br />5. Subject to Paragraph 2. or 3. above, whichever applies, the Each Occurrence Limit is the most we will <br />pay for the sum of: <br />a. Damages under Coverage A; <br />b. Medical expenses under Coverage C; <br />c. <br />d. Care, Custody or Control damages under Coverage E; <br />e. Limited Product Withdrawal Expense under Coverage F; <br />f. Contractors Errors and Omissions under Coverage G.; and, <br />g. Lost Key Coverage under Coverage H. <br /> <br />3.
