She Is exigible to serve We more terms and wishes to continue on the <br /> Board. <br /> There am two At-Large vacancies and five individuals on the interest list. Members are <br /> selected and appointed for this particular Board by the Boom of County Commissioners. <br /> Note: There are also two vacant positions for Perpetual Voluntary Agricultural District Members <br /> because Josephine and Stewart Barbour and Bob Nu6er do not choose to participate. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint Marty Mandell to a first full term on the Agricultural <br /> Preservation Board for a term to expire on June 30, 2005 and, g the Board chooses to do so, <br /> appoint two new members. <br />
