Currant C t Employees As Caretakers <br /> Orange County employees making application are subject to provisions of <br /> the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act that may impact their eligibility for <br /> employment as a caretaker. Also an existing Orange County employee <br /> may not be dually employed as an independent contractor. prior to <br /> advertising for the caretaker opportunity, staff will review the issues rind <br /> determine specifically under what terms an employee may be eligible to <br /> serve as caretaker. <br />
