2/10 <br />Use Sherwin-Williams Duration Great Quality <br />-Clean-up windows outside by hand (Windex) for FREE. <br />Job steps: <br />-Protect work areas to avoid damage to plants, furniture, and fixtures (using <br />plastic) <br />-Pressure Wash the areas to be painted <br />-Remove surface debris, mold, mildew, oxidation <br />-Inspect Trim (look for damaged areas and rotten wood). Discuss with customer <br />inspection results for potential additional repairs. <br />-Prepare surface area (putty nail-holes and scrape peeling paint) <br />-Spot Primer areas as needed (bare and/or new wood areas) <br />-Caulk and seal trim joints Use Caulk +50 years quality type. <br />After painting is done, remove all job-related debris and materials to leave <br />the area in broom-clean condition. <br />If house has bushes around the house beside the walls, customer must have <br />it trimmed before paint job start. <br />If additional work or damage is found during the work process Project Manager will <br />notify/discuss this to the customer for any additional charge if applies. <br />IS SOMETHING MISSING? Please contact your Estimator for clarifications <br />before proceed with the approval. <br />10% Discount $-675.00 <br />Total $6,075.00 <br />Compensation. Client shall pay as set forth above. Price is subject to change, with customer's <br />approval. <br />Invoicing & Payment. Invoice is sent to the customer upon completion of the work. The invoice <br />payment due date is upon receipt of invoice. A late payment fee of 1% per month will be charged <br />on unpaid balances after the invoice payment due date. <br />All projects after March 1st, 2023, will be charging 1.5% if using credit card payments. <br />On jobs above $8,000.00 dollars, GPC will require a partial payment of 35% on front and the <br />balance by the end of the project when job is completed, previous inspection with customer and <br />project manager <br />Cancellation Fee: Once estimate is approved and the start date is already set, cancellation of the <br />project will have a cancellation fee for the 5% of the total price of the project approved. <br />WARRANTY: <br />Exterior Paint. Full exterior paint have a limited warranty of one (1) year of workmanship. <br />Carpentry repairs done during this time will have also one (1) year.
