Call to order: Chair McKnight called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. and noted that this <br /> would be her final meeting as her second term expires at the end of September. <br /> 2. Chair Comments/Introductions: Given the presence of several guests, McKnight asked <br /> everyone to introduce themselves. <br /> 3. Considerations of Additions to Agenda: McKnight noted that it would be appropriate to have <br /> the group select a new chair in light of her departure. <br /> 4. Meeting Summary/Minutes: Staff pointed out two additional corrections that were needed. <br /> McAdams moved to approve the minutes for the March 171" meeting, as corrected; seconded <br /> by Saiers; motion carried. <br /> S. Items for Decision: None <br /> 6. Discussion Items: <br /> a) APB Review of an application for conditional rezoning from RB, Rural Buffer zoning <br /> district to ASE-CD, Agricultural Support Enterprises Conditional District for <br /> agricultural services uses: Planning department staff member Mallet provided a <br /> PowerPoint presentation about the conditional rezoning project, which involves a proposal <br /> to establish a processing facility to deal with wood waste generated by a commercial tree <br /> care company, Treeist, that has a large business in this area. The 10-acre lot is adjacent to <br /> the old landfill site near Eubanks and Millhouse roads, in the Rural Buffer zoning area. <br /> Planning staff provided some background on the ASE program, explaining that this process <br /> requires that such projects be presented to the APB to obtain input and feedback from the <br />
