(Requested amount. $3) 533, 173) $ 7339500 <br /> EMPOWERment, Inc . <br /> Funds will be allocated to EMPOWERment, Inc . for the acquisition of an existing rental <br /> r <br /> property, which consists of eight ( 8 ) affordable housing units in Chapel Hill, NC . This project is <br /> for individuals earning between 30 % - 60 % of the Area Median Income (AMI) <br /> (Requested amount: $ 500) 000) $ 5009000 <br /> The county will transfer parcels 9778941099 , 9778941081 , and 9778930971 to <br /> EMPOWERment, Inc . (Request, Conveyance of Land) <br /> Conveyance of Land <br /> Funds will be allocated to EMPOWERment, Inc . for the acquisition often ( 10) single -family <br /> homes located off Homestead Road community in Chapel Hill . This project will target people <br /> who are earning below 80 % AMI .
