1 S. <br />50, Yard waste. The term "yard wastes" means those organic materials commonly consisting of <br />leaves, grass, weeds, hedge clippings, yard and garden waste, Christmas trees, pine straw, <br />branches, small logs, twigs, and all vegetative matter, resulting from residential landscaping <br />activities. <br />SECTION IX.
