DocuSign Envelope ID:569754E1-D2B6-4DBE-B14F-1579C72E692B E2 Action Plan In this task, the Consultant will develop an action plan that outlines the steps of data collection,timeline of update, and identify potential funding sources required to realize the proposed connectivity improvements.This action plan will highlight coordination efforts between different jurisdictions, potential partnerships with relevant agencies, and strategies to engage the community in the implementation process.The Consultant will present the draft action plan to the Client and the CTT and based on their comments, will revise the action plan up to two (2) times. E3 Final Report and Map Update The entire endeavor that the Consultant,the Client, and the CTT members undertake throughout this project will culminate into a final report document at the final leg of this project. As a part of this report,we will deliver a final table of projects, a map of adopted projects and recommendations made as a part of this study,writeup on project methodology, and deliverables from each task as appropriate.The Consultant will present the final draft to the Client and CTT and make the requisite changes (up to two (2)times) based on their comments before finalizing the report. Our team will update the map and table created in Task B3 and include the additional projects and other changes identified in the final report. The shapefile and table created at the end of this project will form the basis for developing an interactive web-based map as a part of the Orange County Transportation Dashboard.The scope and fee of that project will be developed separately and will not be a part of this project.
