DocuSign Envelope ID:569754E1-D2B6-4DBE-B14F-1579C72E692B <br /> The Consultant will use their subscription to MetroQuest or SurveyMonkey online survey platforms to develop the <br /> surveys.The survey will be translated into Spanish by the Consultant.The Consultant will provide content and graphics <br /> and revise materials up to two (2)times.The surveys will be submitted to the Client for review prior to their finalization. <br /> The Consultant will be responsible for data entry, tabulation, and analysis of results.The Consultant will print up to 250 <br /> copies of the English paper survey, and up to 50 in Spanish. <br /> D5 Spanish Translations <br /> The Consultant will be responsible for translating project materials, including key promotional and engagement materials, <br /> into Spanish.This includes up to 7,200 words for the duration of the project. <br /> D6 Public Engagement Report <br /> The Consultant will prepare a summary of all activities, findings, and conclusions following the end of the public <br /> engagement period.The summary will be included in the final project report.All engagement efforts will be documented, <br /> including the number of people reached, input collected, and evaluation of effectiveness.The summary will include <br /> graphics and charts to illustrate public input. The Consultant will develop a method for prioritizing these projects based on various <br /> factors such as cost, impacts, needs, and benefits.The prioritization matrix will also be informed by the results of the <br /> public engagement. <br /> The Consultant will work with the CTT to identify evaluation criteria for which specific projects can be scored against.The <br /> criteria will be developed such that factors can be evaluated easily without the need of intensive calculations and complex <br /> GIS operations.The Consultant will incorporate the criteria used by DCHC, BGMPO,TARPO and NCDOT to develop the <br /> prioritization matrix.The Consultant will present the draft matrix to the Client and the CTT and based on their comments, <br /> will revise the matrix up to two (2)times. <br /> 6 <br />
