DocuSign Envelope ID:569754E1-D2B6-4DBE-B14F-1579C72E692B
B3 Consolidated Map and Projects Table
The Consultant will use the shapefile and the attribute table to create a consolidated map and table of projects. The
Consultant will use ArcGIS Pro to create this map and it will be formatted to fit a large plot size (2204 or similar). The map
will have insets for areas with a higher density of projects. The table of projects will be created separately.
The Consultant will present the draft map and table to the CTT and based on their comments, will revise this map. This
scope assumes revision to the map and table up to two (2) times.
Key Deliverables:
• List of plans to be considered for consolidation (1)
• GIS Shapefile including selected projects from all plans (1)
• Master projects table including selected projects from all plans (1)
• Consolidated and formatted map of projects (1)
TASK C: MULTI MODAL ANALYSIS
C1 Transportation Gap Analysis
This task will build upon the maps and data created as a part of Task B. In this task, the Consultant will use the maps from
Task B to identify gaps in the planned system connectivity. The Consultant will assess the existing network and future
project links to identify low hanging fruits in terms of connectivity. The Consultant will focus on transit, rail, freight,
roadways, sidewalks, bike lanes, and multi-use paths for this gap analysis. The Consultant will present these gaps to the
CTT to get their assessment of the potential solutions for the gaps in the network.
C2 Multimodal Improvements
In this task, the Consultant will develop solutions for the gaps identified in task C1.The Consultant will present the
preliminary recommendations to the Client and the CTT, incorporate their inputs and modify the recommendations
accordingly. These recommendations will be presented to the public during the public engagement round and their
comments will be discussed with the CTT and the Client. These steps will culminate in the Consultant developing a final set
of multimodal recommendations to bridge the gaps identified in Task C1.
Key Deliverables:
• Transportation Gap Analysis map (1)
• Draft recommendations to bridge the gaps- Client, CTT and Public review(1)
• Final set of recommendations (table and map) (1)
TASK D: PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT
The key focus of this plan is to consolidate the plans that have already been adopted by the jurisdictions. Since the plans
have already gone through their own rigorous public engagement processes, we expect the Multimodal Plan to require
one (1) round of Public Engagement to occur after the draft multimodal improvements plan as a part of Task C2.
Engagement will focus on introducing the planning process to the public, presenting the draft multimodal improvements
developed in task C2, and collecting feedback on community priorities and goals to set stage for the project prioritization
in Task E.
D1 Task Coordination
Two (2) members of the Public Engagement team will participate in one (1) pre-planning public engagement meetings
with the Client to prepare for public engagement and review the strategy prior to the start of the engagement phase. The
strategy will include a detailed description of the planned engagement activities, outcomes materials, and timeline of
production.
4
