DocuSign Envelope ID:569754E1-D2B6-4DBE-B14F-1579C72E692B <br /> up to two (2) boards in the study area.The Client and other agencies will be responsible for presenting to any additional <br /> boards as necessary. <br /> A7 Project Invoicing <br /> The Consultant will provide quarterly invoices and accompanying progress reports to the Client. <br /> For each meeting mentioned in the task, an agenda will be developed, appropriate participants will be identified and <br /> invited, and meeting summaries will be developed and distributed to those in attendance and the wider project team. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Project Kickoff Meeting with agenda and minutes (1) <br /> • Project Plan (1) <br /> • Project file management platform on Teams (1) <br /> • List of stakeholders (1) <br /> • Client meetings (up to 8) <br /> • CTT meetings with agendas, presentation materials and minutes (up to 8) <br /> • Agency Coordination meetings with agenda and minutes (up to 16) <br /> • Preparing a presentation for boards (1) <br /> • Presenting at boards (up to 2) <br /> • Project invoices and progress reports (up to 4) <br /> TASK B: CONSOLIDATION OF EXISTING PLANS <br /> 61 Listing the Adopted plans: <br /> The Consultant will create a list of all adopted and ongoing plans developed by the agencies and jurisdictions located <br /> wholly or partially within Orange County.These will include MPOs, RPOs, Municipal jurisdictions, NCDOT studies, as listed: <br /> • Burlington Graham Metropolitan Planning Organization <br /> • Town of Carrboro <br /> • City of Mebane <br /> • Town of Chapel Hill <br /> • Orange County Triangle Area Rural Planning Organization <br /> • Town of Hillsborough <br /> • Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro MPO <br /> • NCDOT <br /> The consultant will verify the list of plans with the agencies before finalizing them. The coordination meetings mentioned <br /> in Task A5 will be used for this purpose. <br /> B2 Data Collection and Cleaning <br /> This is the key task for this project. In this task,the Consultant will collect all relevant map data of the plans selected in <br /> Task B1 from publicly available sources and GIS repositories of the agencies.The Consultant will coordinate with Orange <br /> County and its constituent agencies to collect the data in a timely manner.The meetings in Task A5 will be used for this <br /> purpose. <br /> The Consultant will consolidate all tabular and geographical data from these plans and create a consolidated projects table <br /> and GIS shapefile from them.This data will then be cleaned and organized, removing duplicates, updating the attributes to <br /> match the most recent plan, and verifying all the changes with the CTT.The Consultant will work closely with the Client <br /> and the CTT to ascertain that all requisite and relevant information is being transferred to the master table and shapefile. <br /> 3 <br />
