By the Department in the event that such amendment is necessary to comply with <br /> applicable laws,regulations,policies and standards,and by mutual consent of both parties. <br /> B. TERnmNATION <br /> A. This contract,in whole or in my part,may be canceled at any time: <br /> 1. By the Department in the event reimbursement to the Department is not available <br /> andmr continued n an agpoigne level sufficient to allow for the purchase of the <br /> iudicaWlquiummyofservico. By the Department m the event that the Division of Social Secvicee/Depertment <br /> determines that the Provider is in violation of my or all of the terns of this Contract. <br /> The obligations ofeach party shall be terminated to the extent specified in the notice <br /> of readmitted immediately upon receipt of the notice from the Department,or <br /> 4. Bymutualconaentofallpmies. <br /> B.
