Mr_ A. W. Turner, representing the petitioners, stated he had published all legally <br />22, required notices, filed a letter from the State Department of Transportation indicating <br />?7, the road in question is not a part of the State Highway System, and notified in writing <br />2 ; all persons owning property along the proposed closing of the petitioners request to the <br />25.
