Prioritize and select county-owned land and/or facilities as part of an overall plan of facilities <br /> 7 to create crisis, bridge, low barrier, affordable, and permanent housing. <br /> 8 5. Review County ordinances, policies, agreements, and the regulatory processes to increase <br /> 9 opportunities and reduce barriers to construct housing. <br /> 10 6. Partner with public agencies to increase opportunities for public employees to buy and rent <br /> 11 homes where they work. <br /> 12 7.
