She said then the Board could appoint Tonya Jones to the At-Large position. <br /> 29 Tara May said that was possible. <br /> 30 The Board agreed by consensus on the recommended applicants and to appoint Jenn <br /> 31 Sykes to the Town of Hillsborough position and Tonya Jones to the At-Large position. <br /> 32 <br />
