Description of Work Fire Sprinkler Service & Repair Estimate Impact Fire Services appreciates the opportunity to provide you with the following proposal for services and repairs. All services will be completed by qualified personnel in accordance with NFPA 13 and 25. This proposal includes all materials, labor, and permits for the work listed. Additional work will be quoted separately upon request. All services are performed during normal work hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays), unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. All work listed on the proposal must be accepted and scheduled for the same date to maintain the proposal pricing. The owner/owner's representative shall place alarm systems on test and restore upon completion of work. Scope or Work: 1 - Add (2) New Fire Sprinkler Heads to area where New Furniture Wall was installed. 2 - Relocate (1) Sprinkler near bathroom to accommodate sprinkler spacing. 3 - Permit, Design, Shop Drawing EXCLUSIONS: Any Additional Work NOT Specifically Listed in the proposal. No Draining of Low Point Drains Other Than at the Time of The Service Over Time And/or After-Hours Costs Weekends And/or Holidays Any Fire Alarm and/or Electrical Work of Any Kind Lift rental to perform the NFPA-25 code required internal pipe investigation and/or service work EXCLUSIONS: Any additional work not specifically listed within this proposal. No draining of low point drains other than at the time of service. Overtime, after normal working hours, weekends, and/or holiday hours are not included. Any Fire Alarm and/or electrical work of any kind are not included. Lift rental needed to perform the NFPA-25 code required internal pipe investigation and/or service work. Cutting out and/or replacing sheetrock/hard ceilings/hard walls. Cutting of access panels. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Impact Fire Services does not assume any responsibility for failure to operate or faulty operation as such failures may be due to causes beyond our control such as malicious tampering by the owner or third parties, accidents, failure to perform required housekeeping/maintenance, failure to perform required modifications, acts of God, etc. After any Inspection or Maintenance, the fire protection system will be placed back into service with all components (Valves, Switches, Detectors, etc.) in operational condition by Impact Fire Services and henceforth the owner is responsible for further care and maintenance as described in the applicable codes and standards. It is understood and agreed that Impact Fire Services is NOT an insurer and is NOT warranting or guaranteeing the adequacy, performance, or life expectancy of any structure, item, component, or system in the building. Impact Fire Services expressly waives all warranties, including any warranty for fitness for a particular product, connected with its work or the systems it implements, aside from those written warranties provided to the owner as a part of the contract for the work performed if any.
