MEETING NOTES 11.17.23 - <br />4.17 pm <br />Brief overview of why we’re glad to have this land <br />TRAFFIC (how do we plan to handle that?) <br />- Peak points: <br />- Right before 7 am with employees coming in <br />- Around 7.30/8 am, trucks leaving to the job sites <br />- Petering in/out around 2.30 pm/ 4 pm <br />COMPANY MAKEUP <br />- 25 ish people <br />- Consultants (2) - not at the site <br />- Office Staff (2) - stay at site <br />- Tree Crews (15ish) - will be arriving/leaving twice (personal and then in trucks) <br />INTENT OF LOT <br />- CN mentioned that we planned to use it as a staging area (concern was about <br />weight/noise of operations) <br />- Operations at the site is minimal, because we aren’t clearing operations, we’re <br />residential (detail) work <br />4.31 pm <br />TIMELINE FOR DEVELOPMENT <br />- Jan 3rd Planning board meeting, <br />- Earliest BOCC in Feb <br />- Ideal to move into a semi-usable space this time next year. <br />NOISE CREATION AT SITE <br />- Training employees with chainsaw during day <br />- Machinery moving logs/brush piles from staging area <br />- NO saw mill or logging operations <br />- The distance between our new site and the concerned parties is enough to minimize the <br />noise (the firing range and dump run larger machines with higher noise thresholds) <br />TRUCK <br />- Worried about poor driving making grinding gears/blocking traffic <br />WOOD CHIPS <br />- What do we do with them? Sell to landscapers? <br />- Discussed various ways that we could process them <br />98
