d. Pursuant to Orange County UDO Section 2.9.1(F), the Board finds the amendment is <br />inconsistent in addressing “…impacts reasonably expected to be generated by the <br />proposed development,” specifically with a lack of a support facility to replace the <br />existing access road necessary for business operations with an alternate access road <br />to be constructed by the applicant upon realization of the property by Orange County <br />for a parks and recreation facility to minimize potential conflicts with those using the <br />parks and recreation facility, including children, promoting the public health, safety, and <br />general welfare of both property owners. <br /> <br />The Planning Board hereby adopts this Statement of Consistency and the findings expressed <br />herein and recommends the Board of County Commissioners consider adoption of the <br />proposed Zoning Atlas Amendment. <br /> <br />Vote: ____ For, ____ Against <br /> <br />____________________________ _________________________ <br />Adam Beeman, Chair Date <br /> <br />149
