Proposed outdoor storage shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from the parcel lines <br />and meet all standards contained in Section 6.4.10. <br />2. Any proposed outdoor lighting shall comply with Section 6.11. Based on Section 6.11.5, <br />a lighting plan shall be submitted for review. <br />3. Provide documentation from Crown Castle and Orange County DEAPR (owner of <br />adjacent lot) indicating no objections to utilizing the existing access easement and drive <br />for the proposed use. <br />4. Remove parking calculations referencing one space per employee on the shift of max <br />employment. <br />5. Based on staff review, it appears there are 61 parking spaces (including 2 handicap <br />parking spaces) identified on the site plan, however, the site plan references 62 parking <br />space. Please review and confirm the total number of provided parking spaces on the <br />site plan. <br />6. Please note, the revised site plan materials submitted on October 6 did not include an <br />Existing Conditions page. This may have been left out since it did not require revisions. If <br />the applicant is no longer including that page in the site plan packet, please incorporate <br />Solid Waste noted on the Concept Site Plan page. <br />7. Based on preliminary comments from the Orange County Agricultural Preservation <br />Board, staff recommends the narrative and description to be revised to identify and <br />highlight if materials resulting from this use are utilized for agricultural purposes (i.e. <br />composting, ground cover, etc.). <br />8. A Neighborhood Information Meeting (NIM) is required for the rezoning application <br />based on Section 2.9.1(D) of the Unified Development Ordinance. Please refer to the <br />August 15 email from Taylor Perschau, Current Planning & Zoning Supervisor, for <br />additional information related to the NIM process. <br />9.
