VideoManager EL (if applicable) <br />The VideoManager EL software is an on-premise solution that requires an onsite server and supports both body <br />worn cameras and in-car video systems. <br />Motorola Responsibilities <br />• Install software on a specified number of customer workstations / mobile devices . <br />• Use information provided in the BPR Workbook to configure VideoManager EL software. <br />• Test software using applicable portions of the Functional Validation Plan. <br />• Provide instruction on client software USB utility. <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />• Provide a network environment that conforms to the requirements presented in the Solution Description. <br />• Procure and install server and storage hardware at desired location in accordance with Solution Description <br />requirements. <br />• Perform a power on test with Motorola. <br />• Provide assigned Motorola System Administrator with access to SQL database for installation purposes <br />(Motorola’s access will be revoked upon conclusion of the installation). <br />• If applicable, for Active Directory integration, provide domain user (service account), security group (for <br />application administrators including service account), and domain read access. <br />• Provide workstation and/or mobile device hardware in accordance with specifications listed in the Solution <br />Description. <br />• Complete online training. <br />• Complete installation of client software on remaining workstations and/or mobile devices. <br />VideoManager ELC (if applicable) <br />VideoManager ELC software is a cloud solution that does not require an onsite server and supports both body - <br />worn cameras and in-car video systems. <br />Motorola Responsibilities <br />• Use information provided in BPR Workbook to configure VideoManager ELC software. <br />• Create users, groups, and setup permissions. <br />• Create event categories. <br />• Set retention policies. <br />• Test software using applicable portions of the Functional Validation Plan. <br />• Ensure training POC can access the system. <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />• Verify traffic can be routed through Customer’s firewall and reaches end user workstations. <br />CloudConnect Installation and Configuration <br />Motorola Responsibilities <br />• Verify remote access capability. <br />• Remotely configure CloudConnect Virtual Machine within the Cloud Anchor Server. <br />• Configure network connectivity and test connection to the CloudConnect Virtual Machine. <br />  <br />  <br /> QUOTE-2212946 <br />  <br />  <br />Any sales transaction following Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola (the ""UnderlyingAgreement"") that authorizes Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software (collectively ""Products"").
