Note – The Pricing Page will reflect in-car video installation services by Motorola if Motorola is responsible for the <br />vehicle installations. <br />Motorola Responsibilities <br />• Setup server for ICV digital video recorder (DVR) configuration. <br />• Create configuration USB used to complete ICV hardware installation. <br />• Travel to the Customer site to conduct on-site installation activities. <br />• Complete ICV configuration on a single vehicle and validate the configuration with the Customer. <br />• Receive Customer approval to proceed with remaining ICV configurations . <br />• Complete remaining contracted vehicle installations. <br />• Test a subset of completed ICV hardware installations. <br />• Complete installation of cellular modem and confirm placement of antenna mounting with Customer. <br />• Install Customer-provided SIM card into cellular modem and connect modem to ICV system. <br />• Install Car Detector Mobile MDC Software on Customer-provided mobile data terminal (MDT) within the <br />vehicle. <br />• Configure MDC Network Card. <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />• Provide Motorola with remote connection and access credentials to complete ICV hardware installation. <br />• Notify Motorola of the vehicle installation location. <br />• Coordinate and schedule date and time for vehicle installation(s). <br />• Make ICV hardware available to Motorola for installation in accordance with the vehicle installation schedule. <br />• Provide cellular SIM Card for Internet connectivity to installer at time of vehicle installation. <br />Motorola Delivera bles <br />• Complete Functional Validation Plan as it applies to the proposed solution. <br />NOTE - The Customer is responsible for having all vehicles and devices available for installation per the Project <br />Schedule. All cellular data fees and Internet connectivity charges are the responsibility of the Customer. If <br />applicable, for license plate recognition (LPR) installations, an MDT is required for all vehicles. Motorola is not <br />responsible for any delays associated with the Customer fulfilling their obligations per this SOW. <br />Body Worn Camera Configuration (if applicable) <br />The Transfer Station will be utilized to configure each body -worn camera according to the Business Process <br />Review. In order for this process to be successfully completed, the Transfer Station must be c onnected to the <br />evidence management system. <br />Motorola Responsibilities <br />• Configure Transfer Station(s) for connectivity to the evidence management system. <br />• Verify the Transfer Station(s) is configured properly and connected to the network. <br />• Configure body -worn camera(s) within the evidence management system. <br />• Check out body -worn camera(s) and create a test recording. <br />• Verify completion of upload from body -worn camera(s) after it is docked back in a Transfer Station or USB <br />dock. <br />  <br />  <br /> QUOTE-2212946 <br />  <br />  <br />Any sales transaction following Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola (the ""UnderlyingAgreement"") that authorizes Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software (collectively ""Products"").
