  <br />Deliverable IV. MeeƟngs and presentaƟons: If requested, The Chamber will deliver one presentaƟon to  <br />Client.  <br />  <br />6. Milestone Dates: If the contract is agreed to by August 31, 2023, The Chamber will deliver work by the  <br />following dates:  <br /> July 15: IdenƟfy new data and sources/obsolete data and sources to be dropped  <br /> August 1‐Aug 31: Update tables and graphics  <br /> August 31: Cutoff for all requested changes  <br /> September 8: Host a ‘no surprises meeƟng’ to review data with clients  <br /> September 14: State of the Community presentaƟon  <br /> September 31: Publish 2023 State of the Community DataBook  <br /> September 31: Create partner access to State of the Community Database  <br />  <br />7. Cost of the Project  <br />In compensaƟon for services provided, Client will pay The Chamber $8,000. The Chamber will provide an invoice  <br />for payment of half of this amount ($4,000) on signing and will invoice for the other half when all deliverables  <br />are completed.  <br />  <br />8. ModificaƟon of this Agreement  <br />This agreement can be modified only by a wriƩen amendment signed by all parƟes.  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 0394510E-E3BC-41FC-9E39-4912EB106E3B
