10 <br /> RSN Staff and Qualifications <br /> Terence Johnson is a dedicated professional with over <br /> 6 years of experience as a public health researcher. He <br /> has significant experience managing Clinical,as well as <br /> non-Clinical, research studies within academia. He has <br /> served as the Study Coordinated on several large- <br /> scale,federally funded, multi-site research projects <br /> involving vulnerable population groups, including <br /> Terence L. Johnson juveniles, incarcerated offenders, and substance- <br /> Executive Director abusing and treatment-seeking individuals. <br /> (Pronouns: He/Him/His) <br /> The Reintegration Support Network Executive Director <br /> (ED), in conjunction with the Board of Directors is <br /> responsible for ensuring the organization has a long- <br /> range strategy, sustainable financial plan, and adequate <br /> staff and resources to carry out the organization's <br /> mission and scope of services. In addition,the ED is <br /> responsible for organizational development and <br /> financial sustainability. <br /> Jamie is an ICF accredited Mentor/Coach with a <br /> I` background in leadership and organizational <br /> development, program design and implementation. <br /> Jamie is also a person in long-term recovery and uses <br /> j� her coaching and peer support background in service to <br /> II both individuals and groups on the recovery path. <br /> Director of Operations <br /> Interim Director of Programs The Director of Operations works directly with the RSN <br /> (Pronouns: She/Her/Hers) Exec. Director, and is responsible for overseeing the <br /> day-to-day operations of RSN ensuring that proper <br /> policies, procedures and internal systems are in place <br /> to maintain official records and compliance with federal, <br /> state and local regulations as well as grant reporting <br /> requirements.The DO also works directly with the ED in <br /> regard to financial management and fiscal monitoring. <br /> The Director of Programs oversees program <br /> development and implementation, ensuring coordination <br /> among the organization's primary components:the <br /> Mentor Program, Participant Engagement, and <br /> Community Outreach and Education. RSN is in the <br /> process of completing an organizational restructure to <br /> align with its 2023-2025 strategic goals. RSN is in the <br /> process of separating the Director of Operations and <br /> Programs position into two positions, Director of <br /> Operations and Directors of Programs. <br /> Page 6 of 15 <br />
