He said it is not changing <br /> values but if there are multiple buildings on the same property, there should be one on each card. <br /> He said that apartments should be sketched for more accuracy. <br /> Commissioner Greene said Northside and Pine Knolls are two historically Black and <br /> affordable neighborhoods. She said the other two in Chapel Hill are pretty expensive <br /> neighborhoods. She asked the rationale for including those. <br /> Nancy Freeman said they do not know yet but want to focus to make sure they are <br /> accurately valued. She said it may be that nothing is needed. <br /> Commissioner Greene said she thinks those will blend in with the rest of Chapel Hill <br /> homes. <br /> Nancy Freeman said they are looking into the classification of mobile homes as real <br /> property or personal property. She said those will be corrected if they are not. <br />
