(“MBP”) is pleased to submit this proposal to Orange County (the “County” or <br />“Client”), offering additional services for the Southern Human Services Center Roof and HVAC <br />Renovations project at 2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 (the “Project”). In addition to our <br />commissioning (Cx) services, we propose to include air distribution system inspection services for <br />Phase I of this project. This extended scope aims to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of <br />the HVAC systems. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) <br /> <br />Visual Inspection <br />1. Perform a thorough visual inspection of the entire supply and return air distribution system. <br />2. Identify any visible signs of leaks, damage, or disconnection. <br />Reporting <br />1. Provide a detailed report documenting the findings of the inspection and recommendations for <br />corrective actions. <br />Performance Evaluation <br />1. Assess the performance of the Rooftop Air Handling Unit post repairs. <br />a. Evaluate unit ability to maintain the static pressure setpoint. <br />b. Evaluate terminal unit performance (damper positions and ability to meet airflow <br />setpoints). <br />2.
