If a particular model of equipment has been discontinued or placed on end of life status by a manufacturer DC Group will use its best effort to obtain <br />parts but cannot guarantee the availability thereof. <br />Wet Cell Batteries: This Proposal for Service is not valid for wet-cell batteries unless specifically noted. <br />Site Sentry: In order to connect the customer’s UPS unit to Site SentryTM, the UPS must have an SNMP card installed and programmed, along with necessary connection <br />equipment, when the DC Group Field Service Engineer arrives on-site. If any parts or additional labor is required to set up Site SentryTM, the customer will be quoted and <br />billed separately. <br />If a price is shown for multiple items it is a composite price and shall not be construed as a line item price.
