Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness —2023 Data Update <br /> 29 The Board received an overview of the work of the Partnership, including updated system-level <br /> 30 data about homelessness in Orange County submitted to the United States Department of <br /> 31 Housing and Urban Development (HUD) earlier this year, obstacles, and successes. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 BACKGROUND: The Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness (OCPEH) was created <br /> 34 in 2008 to coordinate funding and activities to end homelessness in Orange County. OCPEH is <br /> 35 jointly funded by Orange County(39.5%)and the Towns of Carrboro(14.3%), Chapel Hill (39.7%), <br /> 36 and Hillsborough (6.5%). <br /> 37 <br /> 38 OCPEH Manager Rachel Waltz will present the updated data and discuss how current data relate <br /> 39 to identified gaps in the homeless service system, including rapid re-housing and street outreach <br /> 40 programs. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 OCPEH Manager Rachel Waltz reviewed the background information for the item and <br /> 43 make the following presentation: <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br />
