Install a <br />strike plate for the door. <br />6. Install ''/Z inch MR sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. Finish <br />the sheetrock smooth. Prime the sheetrock with a new <br />construction primer. Paint the walls, ceiling and trim with <br />semi-gloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />7. Install a shower surround with corner shelves. The bottom <br />edge of the surround shall be water tight. <br />8, Install "/4 inch lauan plywood. Prepare the floor for <br />vinyl.
