Remove the gutter and fascia. Install approx. 110 l.f, <br />of 1 x6, #2 pine fascia. Prime the new fascia with an oil <br />primer. <br />3. Repair approximately 6 ft of 5/4" corner trim. Prime all new <br />trim with an oil based primer. Cover corner trim with <br />aluminum coil stock. <br />4. Pressure wash and clean the asbestos siding for paint, Caulk <br />all seams. Paint the siding with flat exterior latex paint, the trim, <br />three crawlspace access doors, front and rear porch <br />columns, railings with semi gloss latex exterior paint. <br />Paint to cover completely. Prime all bare wood with an oil <br />primer. _ <br />5. Install vinyl siding and trim on the wood siding. Install <br />aluminum coil stock on the fascia, windows and door trim. <br />Install vented soffit on all overhangs. <br />Re-install all awnings. <br />6. Install aluminum, continuous gutters, downspouts and leaf <br />guards. Install solid drain-tile to all downspouts to divert water <br />away from the foundation. Install the drain-tile below grade <br />where possible. Install at least 10 ft section of drain-tile to <br />each downspout. <br />Crawlspace: <br />Install three crawlspace access doors of % inch plywood on <br />pressure treated frames with 2x4 cross bracing. Install <br />galvanized hinges and locking hasps. <br />Roof: <br />Remove the roof covering to the sheathing. Install 15 lb. <br />felt, white aluminum drip edge, new plumbing boots and <br />twenty five year shingles.
