C. 27516 <br />Phone: 942-6030 <br />Date: June 15, 2005 <br />Electric: <br />Remove the light fixture over the kitchen sink. <br />Install two lights in the crawlspace controlled by a wall switch <br />located within 3 It of the crawlspace door. Install the lights <br />fixtures in the main center crawlspace. <br />Mechanical: <br />Repair all loose, missing and damaged insulation on the ductwork. <br />Install approximately 60 ft of missing insulation. Tape and secure <br />the insulation with approved ties and tape. <br />Insulation: <br />Add blown insulation in the attic to achieve an R-:30 rating. <br />2. Remove the R-13 insulation in the crawlspace located in the left <br />room addition. Install R-19 insulation. <br />Roof: <br />1. Trim all layers of shingles that interfere with in installation of the <br />coil stock on the gables. ( Note) The only layer that should over- <br />hang is the top course, <br />Install a metal type ridge vent along the entire ridge. Remove a <br />three (3) inch section of the ridge before the vent is installed. <br />Install rubber end caps and joint straps. <br />Attic: <br />Install a weather-tight attic access door on the 2"d floor. Install a <br />jamb, door and weather-stripping. Finish the door and opening to <br />match the existing trim. <br />18
