Wrap the five window frames on the <br />left side addition. Wrap the front and back door frames with coil stock. <br />Wrap ALL exposed wood on the boxing with aluminum coil stock. <br />Install vented soffit in all overhangs. Install solid soffit in the gable <br />overhangs and front porch ceilings. Remove plywood from the <br />soffit to allow ventilation into the attic. <br />(Note) Lead Based Paint is present on the front porch ceiling. <br />Use Lead Based Paint Safe Work Practices. <br />Install %4" fan fold insulation and D-5 vinyl siding on the left <br />addition. Remove the masonite siding before the fan fold insulation <br />is installed. Install all necessary corner trim and J-channel. <br />Re-install the existing gutters/leaf guards. Install using proper <br />fasteners. Caulk all areas where the downspout and gutter connect. <br />Install solid drain-tile to all downspouts to divert water away from <br />the foundation, Install drain-tile below grade where possible, <br />4. Install new weather-stripping and threshold on the kitchen door. <br />Install the jamb-up weather-stripping. Install a threshold with <br />replaceable vinyl insert. <br />5, Install a.32 inch, aluminum over solid wood core storm door. <br />The storm door shall be complete with screen, weather-stripping, <br />lock, closure and limited lifetime warranty. <br />6. Install a new front door. Install a 1 '/4" solid wood 9 lite door. <br />Trim/cut the door to fit existing opening. Install a keyed lockset and <br />deadbolt. Install new hinges andjamb type weather-stripping, <br />Prime the new door with an oil primer. Paint the door with semi- <br />gloss latex paint. <br />7. Install an aluminum threshold with replaceable vinyl insert for <br />the front door. Trim door to properly seal at the bottom, <br />16 <br />& Install a new treated crawlspace door & frame. Install 2x4 frame <br />and 3/4 inch treated plywood door. Install new galvanized hinges <br />and locking hasp
