Install a one piece seamless steel tub with an enamel finish <br />and slip resistant bottom. Install a new drain line assembly <br />and trip lever. Make all plumbing connections. <br />7, Install a main water cutoff within five feet from the <br />crawlspace access door, <br />8. Install new PVC drain lines from the foundation wall to all <br />fixtures, Remove all accessible cast iron and replace with <br />schedule 40 PVC. Make all plumbing connections per code. <br />Install proper cleanouts per code. <br />Replace the p-trap/drain assembly on the master bath sink, <br />10. Install a riser for the septic tank. The tank is approximately <br />30 inches below grade. Grade the area around the riser to <br />divert water away from the tank, <br />Mechanical: <br />Install a heat pump system.
