Lots <br /> Boundary/Physical Survey/Recombination Survey <br /> Hillsborough, NC <br /> <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, computations and <br />drafting necessary to perform the following Tasks: <br /> <br />Task A - Boundary/Physical Survey <br />Field survey and mapping for the two lots located 2700 Old NC 86 (PINS 9873-05-7860 & 9873-05- <br />7534) which accurately depicts the following: property lines and easements as found in public record <br />or observed, driveways, encroachments, if any, adjoining street, all structures and overhead utilities. <br />This survey shall conform in all respects with 21 NCAC 56 (NC Surveying Standards). <br /> <br />Task A - Fixed Fee: $6,900.00 <br /> <br />Task B – Recombination Survey <br />Following property acquisitions, co-ordination with Orange County Planning/Owner/Orange Co. <br />Register of Deeds necessary to prepare a Recombination Survey to recombine the two parcels to <br />create a new parcel of approximately 11.5 + acres. Record plat. This survey shall conform in all <br />repects with 21 NCAC 56 and GS 47-30. <br /> <br />Task B - Fixed Fee: $2,2 00.00 <br /> <br />Special Provisions 1) We are prepared to begin work within 2 weeks upon acceptance of this <br /> Proposal of Agreement. Please allow approximately 2 weeks henceforth <br /> For completion of Task A. <br /> 2) Orange Co.
