Taxscribe™ Gov Statement of Work <br />Prepared for Orange County, NC <br />Aug 14, 2023 <br />This Statement of Work is a proposal for services between Reason Consulting Corporation of <br />Charlotte, North Carolina ("Reason Consulting") and Orange County, North Carolina (the <br />“Client”) for the provision of access to Taxscribe.com, a software as a service application used <br />to communicate information between the Client and taxpayers. Individually and collectively <br />both Reason Consulting and the Client may be referred to as "party" or "parties" herein. <br />1. Term <br />If the terms presented herein are acceptable and a contract is awarded, it would begin on <br />September 1, 2023 and continue for a period of three years.
