Community Empowerment Fund <br />October 11, <br />2023 SCOPE OF WORK:July 2023-June 2024 <br />Prepared for OCPEH <br />PROJECT:PROJECT:OC Connect System Development and Maintenance <br />1.OC Connect -System Development <br />1A.Unique User Logins <br />This cost is paid directly to Salesforce.com to provide access to OC Connect via unique logins <br />for each partner.This includes 3 “admin-level”logins. <br />1B.Data Verification and Updating <br />The resources in OC Connect have been compiled from CEF’s internal Resource Database and <br />combined with databases used by our partners.Our team of Volunteer Advocates is trained to <br />actively use the resource database and report any inconsistencies or necessary updates.In <br />addition,the Resource and Financial Coaching team (made up of CEF staff)will work with a <br />team of Advocates to annually comb through each resource and verify/update the information. <br />The team will also seek out and incorporate other databases and resources that have not yet <br />been included. <br />1C.Cyber Liability &Data Security <br />Orange County requires that CEF have cyber security insurance to cover a potential data <br />breach in the OC Connect system.This cost will be directly paid to the insurance provider and <br />includes <br />A:Data Breach and Security Breach Liability -Aggregate Limit:$1,000,000 <br />B:Data Breach Expense -Aggregate Limit:$1,000,000 <br />C:Website Liability -Aggregate Limit:$1,000,000 <br />D:Identity Theft -Aggregate Limit:$50,000 <br />The amount included in this scope of work is an estimate based on the policy renewal <br />Community Empowerment Fund •919-200-0233 •www.communityef.org 2 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: B350EB69-EFE4-4E9C-895F-F427038330F0
