Examination of Bid Documents: <br />All bidders are expected to fully examine and familiarize themselves with <br />the drawings, specifications, and existing conditions. All bidders shall read <br />the scope of the bid package. Any questions or clarifications shall be <br />directed to the architect. No allowances will be made after the bids are <br />received for any oversight due to failure to examine the documents. <br /> <br />4. Identification of HUB Certified/Minority Business Participation <br />All bidders are expected to fully examine and follow the HUB <br />Certified/Minority Participation. Contractors shall pay close attention to all <br />documents and ensure that the requirements are being followed on all <br />pages. <br /> <br />5. Substitutions: <br />Substitutions or approvals of “Equals” will only be accepted if approved by <br />the Architect in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the receipt of bids: <br />October 19, 2023. <br /> <br />6.
