<br /> <br />P a g e 40 <br /> <br /> <br />Orange County <br />Facilities Security Assessment <br />RFP#: 367-OC 5403 <br />CTCH Security Business Consulting – www.ctchconsulting.com <br />The final deliverables associated with this project were <br />Security-CPTED Requirement Matrixes that outlined the <br />baseline security requirements for 113 sites throughout <br />Charlotte County. <br />Charlotte County Florida - Security Risk and CPTED <br />Assessments <br /> <br />CTCH conducted Security Risk Assessments and CPTED <br />evaluations at the Charlotte County Headquarter <br />Complex located at Murdock Circle. Complex tenants <br />consist of County Administrator, Building-Land <br />Development-Zoning, Human Resources, Purchasing <br />Department, Planning Department, Clerk of Courts, <br />Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Election, County Tax <br />Collector, Division of Motor Vehicles, Facilities <br />Management, Real Estate Services Division, Project <br />Management, Guardian Ad Litem Program, Conference <br />Rooms, County Commissioners Offices and County <br />Commissioners Meeting Chambers. During the <br />assessments CTCH conducted criticality, threat and <br />vulnerability assessments which help calculate the <br />County Headquarters Complex current risk exposure <br />(through the evaluation of threat data, by conducting <br />interviews and by conducting site assessments).
