<br /> <br />P a g e 38 <br /> <br /> <br />Orange County <br />Facilities Security Assessment <br />RFP#: 367-OC 5403 <br />CTCH Security Business Consulting – www.ctchconsulting.com <br /> References <br /> <br />The following references are provided to outline the consultant teams most recent projects: <br />CTCH References <br />Charlotte County Water Utilities Department -– <br />Security Risk and CPTED Assessments <br /> <br />CTCH conducted Security Risk Assessments and CPTED <br />evaluations on decentralized Water Reclamation Facilities <br />(West Port, Rotunda, Burnt Store and East Port), <br />Reclaimed Booster Station (Eagle Street), Water Booster <br />Stations (Gulf Course, Rotunda, Walenda, and Gulf Cove) <br />and a Water Treatment Facility (Burnt Store) within <br />Charlotte County Florida. During the assessments CTCH <br />conducted criticality, threat and vulnerability <br />assessments which helped calculate the Utilities <br />Departments current risk exposure (through the <br />evaluation of threat data, by conducting interviews and <br />by conducting site assessments). During the door and gate mechanical <br />lock assessments, the project team was able to identify <br />the levels of key control in place and the methodology <br />used within the different county departments to install <br />mechanical locks and replace keys.
