The information gathered from these follow-on interviews will help the <br />team complete the on-site assessments and will help it develop the SRAMF-CPTED <br />Reports and CPTED-Security Master Plan. Identifying key personnel early on, that can <br />provide information on the existing OC security posture, will enable the team to stay on <br />schedule and meet project goals. <br /> <br />The SRAMF-CPTED will enable OC to holistically evaluate the current security <br />postures at all the sites associated with this project. At the conclusion of each day of <br />the on-site assessments the team will conduct a hot wash (status meeting) with <br />stakeholders to outline project progress. The team will also conduct bi-weekly status <br />meetings throughout the project. If the team identifies any life-threatening <br />vulnerabilities during the on-site assessments, it will immediately present the issue(s) to <br />the designated stakeholder project manager. <br />_________________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Tier III: Final Deliverables: This Tier will <br />be a culmination of all information gathered <br />during Tiers I and II. It will be used to create <br />the SRAMF-CPTED Reports and will be used <br />to create the CPTED-Security Master Plan. <br /> <br />Final Reports: The team would create a <br />comprehensive SRAMF-CPTED Report for <br />each site assessed during the project. Years <br />of Physical Security, Operations Security and <br />Technical Security experience has enabled the <br />team to create a report format that outlines <br />the current levels of protection that are in <br />place at the time of the assessment; in a true <br />independent fashion.
